This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit the Site, request a quote, place an order, or use our services.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, and information collected automatically when you use the Site.
- Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, business/industry, and any project details you submit through our enquiry form, onboarding wizard, checkout, or account request forms.
- Order and payment information: billing details and order history processed through WooCommerce and WooCommerce Payments. We do not store full credit card numbers — card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
- Account activity: onboarding submissions, support requests, priority/type of request, and messages you send us through your My Account dashboard.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral source, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing and advertising data: interactions with our Google Ads campaigns and conversion events (e.g. completed checkout), collected via Google tag (gtag.js) and, where connected, Google Merchant Center / Google for WooCommerce.

Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: required for WooCommerce cart, checkout, and account login to function.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: Google gtag.js is used to measure Google Ads conversions and, where enabled, Google Analytics traffic. These cookies help us understand which campaigns and keywords lead to enquiries or purchases.
- Remarketing: we may use Google Ads remarketing to show relevant ads to past visitors on other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time via Google Ads Settings.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of checkout and account features on the Site.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of third parties, solely to operate our business:
- Payment processors (WooCommerce Payments) to process your order securely.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store Site and account data on our behalf.
- Google (Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics where enabled) for conversion tracking, advertising performance, and shopping feed purposes.
- Professional advisers such as our accountant, where required for tax and compliance purposes.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where required by Australian law.
Data retention
We retain order, account, and support-request data for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and tax obligations (generally at least 5 years for financial records under Australian law), and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to our record-keeping obligations.
